Kyle Clark

No, I don’t identify as being this dude (or whatever); there’s a different point for this. A locally famous news commentator, who’s just perfect in every way conceivable, so quickly resorts to ridicule, "ad hominem", of a young lady doing work that is unpopular, but necessary.

So Kyle Clark and his little posse turn to ridicule to advance their objective. Cheap shot since by the very nature of the subject matter there’s plenty of ways in which an advocate for the victims of (what’s euphemistically known as) "gender affirmation" can be entrapped*, e.g. merely a "it’s difficult to discuss" or what-have-you can open the door to an accusation of objectifying people by just using the word "it" as substitute for "the subject", for example.
*The term "Kafka-trap" has been used by high court judges in judicial reviews and can be found with internet search.

Of course there is the perpetual (deliberate) "misconstruing" of the anti-trans cause as being about having a problem with the recipients of treatments when the people who get involved with protesting the ideology of "transgender" have an issue with the parents, teachers, doctors and medical personnel, who are participants in influencing the victims to self-immolate and sacrifice their sexuality.

The people working in the industry of gender affirmation wouldn’t be doing the work for free. Maybe none of the people who are proponents of transgender experimentation ever saw a person who aged and no longer could get by with looking the way they imagined they would. I’ve seen people, some obviously homeless, who were in despair and obviously underwent some treatments, to whatever extent. There’s high mortality rate and often there are reports of deaths with conspiracy theories attached because the person was supposedly happy but the narrative depends on the assertion. The circular logic involved where the reality is that the person wasn’t accepting their own physical body and gender given, their own sexuality, so their primary goal in life became to pursue a futile and humiliating objective instead of wanting to do anything for anyone else. Not everyone does, I know, but the reasoning is embarrassing since the focus is on their own sexual inadequacy instead of being obsessed with something merely morally objectionable yet fairly common, e.g. materialistic, being only interested in expensive cars or jewelry, etc.

I think I will include here what I know about "Mama Jennifer and Friends" on Meta for posterity’s sake and relevance. I don’t know latest details but in general what transpired was a boy, Colin, was bullied in school and he fought back so the report of the incident became popular (viral) on social media. Colin started his own group on Facebook, calling it "Colin and Friends", and eventually his mother became more involved, taking the group over completely. She changed the name of the group and probably still has a following of supporters. The woman is batshit crazy. She works as a teacher and has began jobs only to quit or be fired. She had heart surgery and is proud of her scar which seemed adorable at first but again, she is batshit crazy. The novelty of her scar wore off since she’s morbidly obese and seemingly ok with that. She parties like she’s twenty something, has a thing about swallowing gum and complains about her kids. One of the last updates I’ve seen was that Colin started some hormone treatments (I kid not) and the result has brought attention, but more in a disheartening way.

At any rate, the point is that if there is only rebuttals that are ad hominem in nature, and from supposedly intelligent journalists, then there’s bullying posit. Atheist bully-pulpit. Miki Manigault’s post of spiritual themed image is indication of her seeking deeper meaning for her life, and the liberals who feign such compassion would just as soon tell her that it’s all in vain. How devastating! It’s a luxury to be so confident with your life that you can disregard the idea of Karma or reap what you sow or 1 Corinthians 8:9 — "But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become a stumblingblock to them that are weak." We have laws that are essentially enacted to protect people from various hazards in the world, even bodily mutilation, yet if the practice has some misandrist, dystopian motivation, then it’s defended. Much akin (from my perspective) to ongoing hard-assed attitude behind charging minors as adults for crimes.

To emphasize my point of people resorting to ridicule when presented with the reality of gender experimentation I’m including a comment I made, and the subsequent reply, on a Meta posting by the state governor’s spouse. They have a wildlife activist cult going on, like the rest of U.S. are monsters kinda thing, all caring more about human rights, but there are a few level-headed followers who will comment something critical of them. Recently someone commented with a question which basically opened up to general discussion so I replied to one woman, asking if the wildlife rehab experts needed to change any of the animals’ gender and I was simply ridiculed as result. Oh... I’ve determined that it’s really a vigilante posit which the defenders of transgender experimentation assume since they’re taking law into their own hands by suppressing the criminal acts committed against the recipients. It’s all really strange that a person like me feels compelled to explain stuff we all should inherently understand.

The motive behind the ridicule, or ad hominem retorts, is to undermine our feeling acceptance, and without that there is isolation so no "safety in numbers" for us. There is underlying physical threat, in other words. They defend a racist, hedonistic ideology that human suffering will always be par for the course, nothing will ever change that so might as well enjoy the spectator sport atmosphere. I explain in a different essay about underlying racism in many controversies (and was taught to me by this guy). No, I don’t mean against white people, but simply put it’s still up to white people to set a good example. There’s the resulting Cultural appropriation of those who are of lower socioeconomic demographic and disadvantaged, trauma’d and emotionally distressed, etc. who depend on social services benefits and are being encroached upon by people who are from families of means and participate in a community network who deny and conceal sexual abuse of children. The social media meme used as a retort to the previous point is usually of this lady sitting on her father’s lap in a limo. Whatever. Out of all the controversies existing, e.g. capital punishment, etc., to be so flippant regarding this topic reveals sociopathy. Regardless how the people in the white demographic personally feel about it there is the existing power structure and so an ideology that people can be born "in the wrong body" (but yet the inner-self that the thought arises from is ironically also non-existant by the same brand of philosophy) isn’t congruent with the axiom of innocent human life being precious.

So if someone comments on this one that doesn’t fit your narrative are you going to shut it down for replies too?

Rhonda Erickson
Jason M— Do you have a problem with wildlife rehab Jason?

Do the wildlife rehab experts need to change the animals’ gender, Rhonda?

What am Iying about?

Miki Manigault received an unnecessary double mastectomy when she was only eighteen, Rhonda, and you helped pay for the surgery. The answer is yes, of course I do, and you’re one of those insane monster people.

The negligence is established by the liability, not the liability by the negligence. ~ An Introduction to the Philosophy of Law - Roscoe Pound He also states (which is pertinent too since it’s discussion of nihilism philosophy): "But note that the negligence here is a dogmatic fiction."

Subject: Housing Discrimination Complaint Inquiry — Termination of Contact
HUD Inquiry Number: 761239

Dear Scott H

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUUD) administratively enforces the Fair Housing Act (the Act), 42 U.S.C. §3601, et seq., as amended. The Act prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings, and in other housing- related transactions, because of race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), familial status, national origin, and disability. On February 5, 2024, our office received the above referenced inquiry you submitted online alleging housing discrimination.

It has come to my immediate attention that you may have engaged in cyberstalking activities related to a member of our staff. While the matter has been referred to Federal Protective Service for investigation, the safety of our employees is of the utmost importance to HUD and our office will take every reasonable precaution in these situations. Your inquiry has been closed and our office is terminating contact with you as of the date of this letter. This decision is final, and HUD will no longer respond to your correspondence or telephone calls about this matter.

You may consult with a private attorney to ascertain any other right of action you may have under federal, state or local laws. Notwithstanding this termination of contact, you have the right to pursue a civil action in an appropriate U.S. district court or state court no later than two (2) years after the occurrence or the termination of an alleged discriminatory housing practice.

Sincerely,

James Whiteside
